Kohlman Chutes, Inc offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy from the date we ship your order. Kohlman Chutes does not charge a restocking fee for products returned in resalable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damage items due to improper handling or packing by customer may be denied. Customer will be back charged an appropriate, agreed upon amount for items requiring reconditioning. Please contact us to arrange for either a refund or exchange prior to returning any items, by calling us at 773.227.5370. Your original credit card number and expiration date will be needed to process your return.

Custom-manufactured items are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged in transit, whereby a replacement will be issued. Order errors that are the fault of Kohlman Chutes will be replaced at our cost. All shipping and handling charges related to this return will be credited to the customer.
